pop ups??

who knows how to remove porn-pop ups that just won't stay away?? hey... don't look at me like that. I loaned my brother my laptop for a couple days while I was at a freinds, and I come back with these anoying pop up THINGS.*cries* now I can't do my research without all this crap, and I've tried everything to get rid of it. Damn my brother and his Britny Spears fetish *shudder*

use ad aware, you can also use a browser that blocks pop ups like Mozilla

Download the google toolbar? Sometimes those pop-under ads still appear (damned bastards) but for the most part the google toolbar does the trick. Also theres a handy search engine there that you'll learn how to abuse not too shortly after downloading it. XD
