Changing Layout Styles on Met

With the layout contest underway, Yukie and I suddenly realized that we aren't able to change our layouts via the normal User CP. The option should appear at the bottom of the "Edit Options" section. If anyone doesn't see a dropdown menu, please reply to this post.

That's really odd, because the other board I'm at DO have that option, and it's using the same VB as you guys are...or maybe theirs is a tweaked version? Hmmm.

PS i remember it worked when i first made the current minas tirith layout... there's even a pulldown menu shortcut on the bottom of the main forum page on the left of the dark bar that has Archive Top

Can anyone confirm that it used to be in the User CP? I recall seeing it there when I first installed the board, but no matter what I do I can't get it to show up.
