Without the use of violence? Or do you believe there will never be a time where it will end for good, and we will have to harm or kill for the rest humanity's time in this universe? If you believe there will be an end or not, why? And do you want it that way?

I'm delusional according to Eric. (Although I think he should rename that category 'visionary' XF.) I don't believe there will be an end to ALL 'violence' because conflict is part of the nature of life and change. But I do believe there are ways to handle conflict that are more productive than beating the shit out of one another to determine the 'winner' or 'loser.'

I won't counter that there are better ways to handle conflict in interest than beating the crap out of each other. However, frequently someone gets the short end of the stick and I don't intend to have my "team" to get the short end of the stick.

There are some times when you need to lay the smack down, because some people choose to forsake logical and rational thought and become hellbent on violence. There's nothing wrong with self-defense.
