A month of summer has passed. Been doing art workshop at the local university. The entire session just finished today, but after that my mom signed me up for painting class and I'm likewise teaching art to kids. =.= Not to mention I have my art test at the university on the first week of May.. so I need to keep training.
o.o; is it true when they say that when you get to college, there's hardly any summer vacation?

I suppose it depends on how you typically spend your summer. School ended for me on March 31st and I just took my last exam on Wednesday. I'm just doing a lot of programming work and trying to find a job for the spring co-op term, that's about it. *shrugs*
you fools need to get a job.

I'm working on it. I might be able to get a job at Microsoft, but that would require me flying back to Hong Kong. Also, they are currently supposedly only hiring university students that goes to Hong Kong universities.

I'm trying to get an internship in Singapore so I have an excuse to go back home and have fun at the same time as I further my resume and experience etc. If I can't get one there, I'll just get a regular job here, start saving for study abroad for next summer.
My grandparents (and two aunts and an uncle) are coming to the States to "visit" my family and the east coast at the end of May; they'll be here for three weeks so we'll probably be going on a road trip of some sort. I'm really excited cuz I haven't seen them for five years. ^______^ Summer's looking fun!

Summer's almost over ere. Only 1 month to go before college. :/
I can't wait for summer! Starts as of 12pm Tuesday. Only problem is out of 4 exams I managed to get three of them in two days :sweat1:, that and summer will be dedicated to working... (speaking of exams... I should be studying)
But hey- a break from school is still better than no break as far as I'm concerned.

I'm gonna have to take driving classes. Meh, not really looking forward to being able to drive in our traffic... :p
Kyreii: If there is traffic, that is what the carpool lane is for. So goes for emergency shoulders, sidewalks, and opposing traffic lane, providing it is devoid of cars. Remember, it isn't illegal if there aren't any cops.

I should take my lessons from Eric.
Furthermore, speed limits and stop signs are merely recomendations. When the light is green, you go fast. When it is yellow, you speed up. When it is red, you stop unless there aren't any cops or traffic which means you can run it.

Old ladies are just walking greenlights. Run at them. That's what they're for.
Remember, DMV says pedestrians lose their right of way when they are jaywalking. I usually downshift and smash throttle at jaywalkers and fun to see them run for the curb. Suckers, you don't do the moonwalk across a street when you are jaywalking.

Good lord, only if you know how screwed up the roads are here in the Philippines. :/

Kyreii is from the Philippines, yes? If so, Eric shouldn't even bother giving advice. xD Anything goes there; traffic is a mess.

I'm gona be on the beach, learning my english again and trying to get the basics of manadarin :|
I'm finished school and college, so I just work. I do take night classes, and I'm going to New York in June and I have a music festival in July. Oh, and hopefully a con in August which is another holiday because it's in England. And beach going and walking around. Where I live is great for scenic places to sit around in and play frisbee and things like that.

I heard the traffic laws in Thailand are about the same as the traffic laws in the Philippines; that is, they're nonexistent. XD One of my friends came here and had the hardest time learning that a red light actually means stop, not just stop and watch for opposing traffic....
Just one more week of exams....then summer will have officially started!!!
