Metropolis Map!

I saw this on another forum and I thought it was a cute idea. Google has a new service called Guestmap where you can mark your location anywhere in the world. Just use the map, zoom in, click where you live, and fill in the form. It's very simple.


Please use your Metropolis Username for the name field. Enjoy~!

Please tell me if you make a mistake, and which location it is (including message). As the admin/creator of the map, I can go in and delete erronious locations.

oops. i kind of created two markers. one is where i am actually moving, the other is the wrong location. the one near bayard and craig is the actual location. the other is south of that.

yes.. XD. i originally looked at in the the farthest zoomout, so the marker took up the whole country of Portugal, so i didnt realize it was there :D. that, and you know... i don't know my geography >:D.

No offense intended, Mad_Hatter, but sometimes I think Portugal just... exists somewhere. I know it's a country and I know it's in Europe, but I don't actively (or even inactively) wonder/know where in Europe it is. Although I'll remember again when I see a map.

Anyway... I actually didn't see this Sticky until just now >_>; Had gotten the link off the #met topic. So uhm... sorry if I went over board when I marked off my house, elementary school, jhs, hs, work place, and FAVORITE building at Cornell (YUM YUM) </sarcasm>. =X I just found it so interesting how you can actually have a visual of where everything is, and how far you are from everything else.
