so.....i'm single...i'm going to die single. perhaps because of my dark self inflicted past...i don't feel interested in guys all that much. but i have a tendency to be attracted to my friends...which for the most part is a total dead end. there was a time things were different...i took a chance and had a chance...and had something going for a little bit...but it crashed and burned. i had opened up and compromised... now i don't even dare. the most i would do is occasionally become perverted and think of people as sex objects...but it would be fleeting and a passing amusement...and if i try to think of relationships at all...i'd scold and yell at myself to no end.

Now at the middle of my Year 2, we are very much apart. Still hurts to talk about it, but my friends say its therapy to talk about it. Maybe like what I believe, I'm too much of an emotional screw up to deserve him. Somehow.. even after the way he treated me, I still hold a fairly unmarred view of him. it is a kind of therapy to talk about it, just so long as you don't let yourself get caught up in old emotions. I don't think you're an emotional screw up, even to have been with him proved that you are very stable and maybe he was the one who screwed up. If you say 'the way he treated' you, that means he didn't really treat you that well, he abused your caring for him and you deserve much much better.
